Where your funding goes.

No vague "operational costs". Raktify's platform is built and launch-ready — this is the full, conservative-high cost of running and sustaining it for two years, every rupee named.

Figures are relaxed (conservative-high) two-year planning estimates; cloud and communications costs scale with adoption. This is the technology & platform budget — organisation-level costs (advisor honoraria, legal review, volunteer support, awareness drives) are budgeted separately.

Schedule VII(i) — Companies Act, 2013
Raktify qualifies under Schedule VII, Item (i): "...promoting health care including preventive health care..." A free, life-saving digital public good — unambiguous CSR eligibility, with the donation funding the rails, not one-time transactions.

Three ways to fund Raktify.

Each tier fully funds a defined slice of Raktify's two-year run — with 80G documentation, impact reports, and a dedicated point of contact. One CSR partner can power the entire programme.

What your CSR team will ask.

Is the 80G certification final or provisional? +
It is currently provisional, approved by the Income Tax Department on 18 June 2025 with reference number AAMCC7204MF20251. The provisional certification is valid through Assessment Year 2028–2029. Provisional 80G is legally valid for tax deduction purposes — your donors receive 50% deduction on contributions during this period. We are in the process of completing the permanent approval process.
Does this qualify under Schedule VII of the Companies Act? +
Yes, unambiguously. Raktify (voluntary blood access) and Dr. GharoGhari (mobile OPD) both fall squarely under Schedule VII(i): preventive and primary healthcare. We can provide a legal opinion letter on request for your Board's comfort.
What documentation will we receive for our CSR-2 filing? +
You will receive: (1) 80G receipt with all required details, (2) Fund Utilisation Certificate, (3) Audited statement of accounts on request, (4) Monthly/quarterly impact reports with field data, (5) NGO Darpan registration details, and (6) CIN and PAN for MCA filing. We understand the CSR-2 requirements and ensure all supporting documents are ready well before your filing deadline.
Do you have FCRA registration for international contributions? +
Not yet. FCRA registration is planned as a subsequent step. Currently, we can only accept domestic contributions. If your CSR funds flow from an Indian entity, you are fully covered under our existing registrations.
Can we do a site visit before committing? +
Absolutely — and we actively encourage it. Field visits can be arranged for your CSR team or leadership. Seeing the actual programme operations firsthand is often the most compelling case for your internal committee.
What is the minimum contribution amount? +
There is no strict minimum. We have structured tiers starting at ₹5 Lakhs for annual partnerships, but we are happy to discuss contributions of any size and structure a meaningful engagement around your CSR budget.
