When a patient in rural India needs blood, the search can cost hours a life doesn't have. Our flagship programme Raktify is closing that gap — a free, nationwide network that connects voluntary donors to patients in time. It's our focus for 2026, with mobile rural healthcare as the next chapter.
Established in May 2025, Choudhari EduHealth India Foundation was founded by two professionals rooted in technology and management — who grew up watching the same illness mean a routine clinic visit in the city and a life-threatening ordeal in the village. Closing that gap became our work.
In thousands of villages, a child's fever waits for a doctor who comes once a month. A mother in labour waits for blood that may not arrive in time. These are not rare tragedies — they are everyday arithmetic for rural India. We are building the infrastructure to rewrite that arithmetic: proven on the ground, measured honestly, and carried district by district until distance no longer decides who lives.
Our founders bring 30+ combined years of professional experience in technology and enterprise management — which directly informs how we build systems, measure impact, and design programmes that scale.
We believe in doing one thing exceptionally well before spreading thin. Raktify is our focus today — live, free, and growing. Dr. GharoGhari, our mobile-healthcare programme, is designed and waiting for the groundwork and funding to roll it out next.

Every contribution turns into something real on the ground — a consultation, a strip of medicine, a unit of blood reaching someone in time. Give via Give.do, UPI, or bank transfer; 80G tax benefit on all.
Your CSR budget can be a line item — or it can be a van that reaches a forgotten village and a donor network that saves a stranger. Funds deployed through Choudhari EduHealth go straight to the field, with transparent, geo-tagged impact reporting and full 80G documentation.
